Site Maintenance, Updates & Support

An important advantage of advertising on the Internet is the ease and speed in making changes. If you choose to let the Web Design Studio maintain your website for you, all it takes is a simple e-mail exchange and your website can be updated within a matter of hours. There is no need to make changes to the website yourself and risk damaging your site. These periodic changes to your site might reflect modifications in your operation, new products, seasonal offerings or just an occasional addition or removal of graphic images to give your web site a fresh look. Site visitors and search engines like it when your website is updated often with new information.

Your total costs are driven by how often you need your website to be updated. The Site Maintenance Fee covers 2 hours of updates per month at a fixed price. Additional hours can be purchased if necessary. Site maintenance covers work on your existing website such as updating text, adding photos, and adding new features* to your website. Unused site maintenance hours are not rolled over to the following month.

*When new features or significant changes are required we will prepare an estimate of costs for your approval. Some of those costs may be covered by the Site Maintenance Fee for any given month.
